The Process

Inquire

Fill out our contact form by providing some basic information to get us started, such as event date, location and guest count. Within 48 hours, you’ll get an email response.

Consultation

After you’ve filled out the contact form, we’ll be in touch via email to let you know if we are available for your event date. We’ll schedule a virtual consultation to connect and talk a bit more about your vision and floral choices.

Estimate

After a consultation, we’ll create a custom estimate tailored to your needs. The proposal will have itemized design pricing, as well as design, labor, delivery, setup and breakdown cost.

Booking

Once the estimate is approved, we will send over our service agreement along with payment information. Upon the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit, your event will be officially booked in our calendar!

Between booking and the final details meeting, we will provide a customized visual floral design proposal. This multi-page visual document serves as a representation of your color palette, rental items, potential flower varieties, aesthetic and will showcase examples of designs for your event.

final details meeting

The final details meeting will take place about 30 days/1 month prior to your wedding date. During this meeting, we will confirm delivery and set up times, make any adjustments to floral items, and provide you with an updated invoice.

Your Event!

We handle the delivery, set up of ceremony & reception, and return for late-night/next day pick up of all of the rentals.
